I am a Registered Investment Advisor, gradually retiring. We successfully manage portfolios including our own ETF. I was previously Chief Financial Officer at the California Assn of Realtors. I have grandkids and enjoy visiting them! My parents lived in Downey until they passed away at over 100! After college I was in the Peace Corps, so travel has always been part of my life.
