I majored in Physics at Brigham Young University, taking a couple of years off to do volunteer service in Germany. I received an MBA from Harvard Business School and spent most of my career in the investment business in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have six kids scattered around the country (including two doctors, a nurse, a nutritionist, a physicist, and an investment guy) and twenty-three grandkids. I enjoy visiting and traveling with them and watching them find their way in the world. I look back on our time at Downey High with fond memories of friends and good times. It may sound corny, but I really liked the TV series a while back called "The Wonder Years." I think the writers pretty much nailed it. There's something about our junior high and high school years that will always be a special part of us.
